Vendor Applications are available at the store and space is limited.
You pay 2 months rent to begin then it is month to month. To end your space, just give us 30 days notice but not during the same month. We do charge for storage of you items if you leave a booth but do not move your items out of the store.
We are an Antique Market, so no clothes, no silk flowers, no appliances, and nothing harmful. Please, no buy outs from retail outlets.
The BEST MIX for your booth: Pre 1990's "stuff" collectables, ANTIQUES, furniture, crafts, and handmade items. If you have pre-1970's election memorabilia then you are GOLDEN!
Buy hang tags, and clearly write on your tag your personalized vendor 4 digit number with a letter, write a description of the item and price, in black ink. Let us know at the time you move in if you give discounts. You are good to go!
We charge a 4% fee for use of credit cards if used to buy your items-so build that cost in to your items' prices. Vendors are paid once a month. We do charge 10 percentage of sales. That helps cover the cost of bags, wrapping, and help loading items for customers.
Have FUN doing this. Work with a friend and go see what you can find at estate sales, your attic, or your favorite spots that have great sales! Change your booth often. Invest time and you will see it pay off! Clean out your attic, your basement, underneath your bed, there is no telling what discoveries you will make! ....and some cash along the way!
